Product assembly

Read our instructions below to find out how to fit Trofmoc Beanies, Balaclavas and other products to a workplace safety helmet, whilst ensuring you meet Australian safety standards & comfort.

1. Prepare the beanie to be located into the Occupation Safety Helmet

2. Pass the connection flap (Velcro bristle side up) between the front head band and the helmet shell surface

3. Draw the connection flap through, to extend between helmet shell and rear adjustable band

4. Attach beanie Velcro tab to the connection flap Velcro strip

5. Adjust the connection flap so that is sits comfortably to the cradle straps of the helmet and pull beanie over the helmet

6. Place helmet on head and pull beanie over ears and neck to feel the warmth and comfort of the safest beanie ever made
