RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you are not 100% satisfied with your TROFMOC purchase, we would like to exchange your choice for another style within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the item(s) is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging with swing tags attached and in its original condition.

If you would rather have a full refund please return your TROFMOC purchase within 30 days from date of purchase as long as the item is unused, unwashed, in its original packaging with swing tags attached and in its original condition and we will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned goods. Please note that the DELIVERY COST for ALL RETURNS is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
Please note that TROFMOC takes no responsibility for returned goods while they are in return transit.

If you do not want the credit card account used for the original purchase to be used for the refund or charging of the Return Delivery Fee, we ask that you please include a separate credit card number along with the return. Please note, separate charges may apply for Non-Australian (International) orders.

If the item(s) sent to you by TROFMOC was incorrect (not the goods ordered), damaged or defective, please contact customer service by phone or email before returning the item(s) so we can personally arrange a speedy resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESSING

Step 1: Return/Exchange Request.

It is imperative that you complete the RETURN, and/or EXCHANGE section of the form for us to process your return/exchange.
Make sure you include the style #, product name, quantity, and price. You can find the necessary information on your original invoice. If you are unable to print the ‘Return/Exchange Form’ please write the following information and include this document with the return parcel.
• First and Last Name
• Billing and Shipping Addresses (if different)
• Phone Number
• Order Number (found at the top of your original invoice)
• Items for Exchange
• Reasons for Exchange

Step 2: Pack and Ship

Place the form with the items into a secure package (the original packaging if possible). Packages must be sent prepaid to the place of purchase. The distributor will not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
TROFMOC will only reimburse return shipping fees in the event that product was sent incorrect or is damaged or defective.

PROCESSING TIME

Depending upon how you ship your package and from where you ship your package back to us, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive it. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for all credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Please note that all purchases must be returned / exchanged through our retail distributor. We apologize for any inconvenience.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS SENT
